IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN

I have a full blown case of debilitating writers block. I have three papers due tomorrow for two seperate classes, and then I have a midterm on Friday for Latin. I'm not getting anything done for any of these classes. After 10 hours I've produced about a paragraph for a paper on Plato's theory of the soul and its relation to human motivation. I have a paper due on Ayer's Emotive analysis of ethical discourse, specifically, the statement "Boiling babies for fun is wrong." I just can't seem to say anything that I'm willing to let stand on paper. I'm not cut out for this stuff. this happened to me last semester, while I was in the grips of horrible depression, and I was unable then to write a single word for weeks. I turned everything in late--really late. I cannot do this again, so I'm going to have to just drop everything and reconsider the major I'm in. I've picked the wrong discipline if I have trouble writing something I already understand.

My writer's block will be going on three years soon. Don't speak to me about writer's block!

But after three years, Big Boy, you still haven't gotten a poor grade because you've missed your deadline.

but take comfort in knowing that whenever I experience writer's block, I always think of you when we had papers due and you'd be reading the same two sentences for 5 hours. And I thought I was sucking ass!
